*There are currently 28 GDPR countries that only have access to Midco Sports Plus via web and mobile browsers. If you are a subscriber in one of these countries, you cannot access the Midco Sports Plus app, either on a mobile device or connected TV.  

Viewers in these countries will only have access to live events and VOD/replays of events. They won't have access to highlights, press conferences, interviews, condensed games or any other programming that is not a live event or a replay of a live event.  

The 2026-27 season promotion is for new and returning customers subscribing to Midco Sports Plus All In or Midco Sports Plus 2. This offer expires March 31, 2027.¹   

If you are a current subscriber to Midco Sports Plus, offer eligibility varies.  

• If you have a monthly subscription to Midco Sports Plus All In or Midco Sports Plus 2, your price will automatically adjust to the promotional price at your next renewal date.  
• If you have an annual subscription to Midco Sports Plus All In or Midco Sports Plus 2 with a renewal date before the offer expiration date of March 31, 2027, your price will automatically adjust to the promotional price at your next renewal date.

Once you purchase your subscription, make sure you log in using the email and password you set up during registration and payment. This will be the same email you received your registration confirmation.

You can use your Midco Sports Plus account on a maximum of three devices at the same time, including PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones and supported smart TVs. Users will also be able to cast from a tablet or mobile device to a smart TV via Chromecast or AirPlay.

In addition to using Connected TV apps, to stream on a smart TV using your TV’s browser, go to Midco Sports Plus, log in and watch just like on your computer or tablet.

Double check that you are using a valid email address and your password is at least eight (8) characters in length.

Make sure you are using the same email and password you set up during registration and payment.

This will be the email on which you’ve received the registration and/or payment confirmation.

1. Visit click the Register button.

In the Midco Sports Plus app:

1. Download the Midco Sports Plus app via your preferred app store.
2. Create a new account by filling out the required fields.
3. Select your subscription pass based on what you want to watch.

4. Enter your payment details.

Passwords must be more than 8 characters and less than 191 characters long. No special characters are required.

Subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled.

No. Midco Sports Plus is a standalone product, and you do not need to have any other Midco services.

Yes. To ensure you never miss a game, subscriptions will automatically renew every month from the date purchased and billed to the payment method provided. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date.

Via Web Browser

If you subscribed on the Midco Sports Plus website, you can cancel via your Account Settings through a web browser only.

1. Go to the Midco Sports Plus page from a web browser (Internet Explorer is not supported).
2. Click the More icon in the top right corner of your screen.
3. Click Account Settings
4. In the subscription section, click Cancel subscription.

Via App

If there is not an option to cancel your subscription within Account Settings, then your subscription is managed through an app store.

1. Navigate to the app store or channel in which you subscribed.

2. Open your account page.
3. Cancel the active subscription.

• Make sure you are using a supported card, like Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club or American Express.
• Enter your card information correctly. Do not copy/paste.
• If your card isn’t working, you may want to contact your bank. Make sure there are no issues with the card or bank account, you have enough funds, online payments are enabled and your bank is not blocking the payment.
• Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
• Access Midco Sports Plus through private or incognito mode.
• Try using a different browser like Chrome, Mozilla, Safari or Edge.
• Log in on a different device.
• Try a different card or payment method.
• Try using a different payment method (PayPal, Direct Debit, etc), if one has been made available on the final payment screen.

1. Log into your account via the web or the app store you used to subscribe.
2. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click My Account.
3. Click Manage Payment.
4. Enter your new card details.
5. Click UPDATE.

You can only change your credit card if you have an active subscription. For one-time payments or subscriptions that are still in their trial period, the credit card cannot be changed.

Log in and click on Plans. Then follow the instructions.
